For now, let's discuss yoga, and how we go about transforming through the yoga phase 1 into the yoga phase 2. The first thing that happens in the first phase of Yoga Burn is transformation.

Many people experience a huge shift in energy while they are experiencing the yoga burn. In the beginning, this often feels like being reborn. This is not at all uncommon when we are attempting to awaken our own consciousness from our habitual patterns of thought and behavior. As you progress through each of the yoga phases, you will progressively feel yourself moving into a new realm of awareness. As you go into the second phase of this exciting adventure, you will discover why you need yoga burn to transform.

How Do You Transform Yourself?

In the second phase of this journey we must transform ourselves back into the original self. Many people have this strong sense that there is some kind of internal turmoil that needs to be dealt with, and they set themselves on the path of seeking help and therapy. However, in reality this is a false belief, because there is nothing to be ashamed of in this situation.

You are the same individual that has set yourself free long ago. Your mind is just waiting to catch up with your higher consciousness, and this can happen within any of the yoga sessions. When you get stuck in the habitual patterns of your mind, you will find it easier to slip back into your old ways. This is one of the main reasons that the mind needs to be freed from the grip of repetitive thought and behavior.

Who Needs Yoga?

You do! All of us do. This is the big secret behind all the wonderful things that you experience in this lifetime. If you are struggling with habitual patterns - the way that you think, or the way that you behave, then you are a victim. You have the ability to put these patterns right by performing the proper breathing exercises.

But, in reality, nobody needs yoga to get to the other side. It is an act of faith - a faith that is grounded in the understanding that one has the power to create whatever they desire. When you focus on getting healed, you are focusing on healing your mind, and so you have the ability to put the mind to work that is capable of creating whatever you desire. This is why, even though you have been told that you cannot perform yoga at home due to the risk of injury, your mind is still capable of doing the job - to create whatever you need.

Who Needs Yoga? Anyone who needs it! There are countless numbers of people who have had to use their minds extensively in order to survive. We would not have had the technology, the science, the medicine, and the money necessary to survive if we did not have the power of our minds. The next time you face a challenge in your life - stop and think about how powerful your mind really is.
